Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our store, select your size 
and color, and click "Add to Cart". Then 
proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be changed or cancelled within 
24 hours of placing them. After that the order 
will have been processed and cannot be changed.

Q: How do I know my order was confirmed?
A: You will receive a confirmation email 
immediately after placing your order. Please 
check your spam folder if you don't see it.

A: UK Orders: 3-7 business days
International Orders: 10-20 business days

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped you will receive 
a tracking number via email. Use this to track 
your order at any time.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping times and costs vary by location.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping on orders over £50.
Standard shipping starts from £3.99.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of 
delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, 
and in original condition with tags attached.

with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you return instructions within 
24-48 hours.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business 
days after we receive your return. The refund 
will be issued to your original payment method.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! We offer free exchanges for wrong 
size or wrong item received. Contact us 
within 30 days of delivery.

A: Yes! Most of our products are available 
in sizes S to 3XL to suit every body type.

A: We do our best to show accurate colors 
in our photos. However slight variations 
may occur due to different screen settings.

Q: How do I care for my items?
A: Care instructions vary by product and 
are included on the item label. Generally 
we recommend cold machine wash and 
air drying.
